Totara Medical has secured a Licence for growing medical grade cannabis in early 2021 and is planning to start production in June for the New Zealand and export markets.
In the markets that are emerging since the New Zealand government has finalised legislation around medical cannabis, we plan to establish Totara Medical as a trusted producer of medical cannabis for domestic and international supply.

We currently have finished construction a medium size indoor production facility that we believe offers the benefits of scale but will enable the consistent high quality of boutique production.

Quality Standards
Our raw products will meet the high ISO and GMP quality standards and all Ministry of Health requirements.
Since April 2023, our cultivation facility is GACP approved (Good Agricultural and Collection Practice), a certification which meets overseas requirement for the import of raw cannabis flower.
